Arun District Council (ADC) provides laundry room facilities within 16 housing sites.  The majority of these sites are sheltered housing for elderly and/or disabled people.  The laundry rooms are usually available to our tenants all day, every day and are constantly in use.  We therefore require high performance machines and a quick, efficient, cost effective repairs service.

Allsop and Francis provide machinery used in these rooms including commercial washing machines and tumble dryers and they are providing a local repairs service which meets all of our criteria.

All the machines need to comply with the regulations, need to be easy to use by the many different people who live within the properties and have to contend with the heavy work load.  Many of our residents rely upon this facility daily and ADC strives to continue to provide a reliable all round service to our residents with the assistance of Allsop & Francis.
