This company takes the initiative from the client and pro-actively programme the servicing of the machines, arranging access directly with the relevant building managers to make mutually convenient appointments. The engineers know each of the machines to intimate details and advise the contract manager of potential life span failings and replacement years, this allows us to accommodate these cost within our budgets.
